Orders ship within 24 hours of order entry, originating from zip code 36575. Once your order has shipped, we will email your tracking number to you.
Free Shipping at $69
All customers receive free shipping on your first order. Just be sure to enter promo code "FIRST". during checkout. That is our way of saying "thank you" for giving our service a try. All orders $69 and above qualify for free shipping!* Orders shipped under the Free Shipping option are shipped via United Parcel Service or U.S. Postal Service. For this option please allow 3-7 days for delivery after your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $4.99 for all orders $40 to $68.99 (Free at $69). Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $40. Orders shipped under the Standard Shipping option are shipped via United Parcel Service or U.S. Postal Service. For Standard shipping please allow 3-7 days for delivery.
Expedited Shipping
For your convenience, The School Place offers UPS Next Day and UPS Second Day premium delivery options. Rates for these services are displayed during checkout and are based on the order weight and the order dimensions.
International Shipping
The School Place plans to accommodate international shipping in the near future.
* Free Shipping applies to orders shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Additional fees may apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Additional fees apply to certain heavy and/or bulky items. All additional fees are presented to you during checkout; so you know exactly what your shipping charge is prior to placing your order

The School Place is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason you decide that you are not 100% satisfied with a product that you purchased from this site, simply return it within 30 days of receipt. If we have shipped you the wrong item, or a damaged item, we will stand behind our error and ship a replacement immediately.
General
All returns must be accompanied by a School Place issued Return Merchandise Authorization number ("RMA").
To obtain an RMA number, click "Chat Live" on the home page between the hours of 8am CST and 5pm CST to request an RMA. All RMA requests must be received no later than 30 days after the receipt date. Please include with your return request the reason for the return request (i.e. that you simply want to return it, or provide the specific error with the shipment) and the requested action (i.e. replacement, exchange or credit).The shipment must be returned in its original box, and the RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the box.
No credits will be issued until merchandise has been received and determined to be in resalable condition.
Special order and closeout merchandise are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Charges and Restocking Fees
If your return request is due to a shipping error or defective product, we will issue a full credit (or exchange) and take care of the return shipping charges by sending you a UPS call tag. If your return request is not related to an error on our part, a 5% restocking fee will apply; and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
CHARGEBACKS
Any charge backs from UPS which are the result of incorrect shipping instructions will be applied to your credit card. The most common error is UPS's inability to deliver the shipment due to an invalid address. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before you complete your order
CREDIT CARD SECURITY & PROCESSING
Your card will be authorized at the time you place your order. We will settle the transaction against your card after your order is confirmed to have shipped.
